Hôtel agréable et propre.

Les chambres sont propres. Les matelas confortables. La kitchenette avec micro onde et réfrigérateur au top. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Immediately AFTER checking in we were told the hotel was doing construction to their property, pool was closed and breakfast area was closed so to go bags were made. The construction and NOISE was daily from 8-5 sometimes 5:30. Luckily we didnt arrive until 4:30 the first day so we only had to deal with the noise for an hour. We had to revamp our daily plans because the pool was closed. Ask the front desk for more washcloths and was told they didn't have anymore and gave me big hand towels. Day 2 we received a text stating the water would be turned off from 10-4 and that we could get water bottles from the office. This messed up our plans because we then had to stay out even longer because we couldn't shower. Came back thinking since housekeeping had came, there would be enough washcloths but NO they gave us 1 washcloth a stack of hand and bath towels. Day 3 we had to leave the hotel A LOT earlier than planned because you couldn't sleep in if you wanted to due to the noise. Received another text while at the beach that the water was going to be OFF AGAIN. By this time it was ridiculous and were ready to go back home. Finally, was able to come back and shower but the hotel bottle of bodywash ran out. Told the front desk, she went to look for some, said she couldnt find anymore, so she gaves us on OLD bar body soap that fell apart when you opened the package. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!

The good, the bad and the ugly.

It started off extremely poorly. My flight got canceled so I called and said “don’t give away my room. I’m coming tomorrow“. This should not have been a problem since I was prepaid. They gave away my room. Also, the hotel was under construction. No pool, no hot breakfast, etc. I will say that the manager did everything she could to move people around to get me a room which was very impressive. Everyone was extremely friendly. I think if the hotel was not under construction and they had not given away my room, I would be waiting the much much higher.

Photos are deceiving

This hotel doesn’t look at all like the photos. It’s rundown and dirty. Our hotel window looked directly at the door of an apartment building approx 20 feet away.

Included breakfast was extremely disappointing for the class of hotel. Also, we found a large cockroach in the bathroom. The desk clerk said a manager would reach out to us, but no one did.

I booked online through Expedia. The hotel did not list any problems. There was supposed to be a breakfast, and a pool. I had requested a king room with a pullout couch. Somehow my room request was changed to a double queen room. I talked to the people at the front desk, who were very nice, But who were unable to help As they had no king rooms available. This situation didn't work well for my particular party. It seemed that most of the rooms in this hotel were being refurbished and were unavailable. There was no breakfast, only a grab and go bag. There was no pool, it had been filled in At some point, even though it was still advertised. I would not have chosen the hotel had I understood it limitations. But, they were not apparent on the online site.

property was under construction... no breakfast, no gym, no pool, no water. Wish I would have known about the construction and the lack of amenities prior to my stay.
