Hôtel agréable et propre.

Expidia and holiday inn don’t said Anything before booking about that construction no gym no pool breakfast and top of that charge the same like everything is working and I asked the front desk when is done the construction And respond we don’t Know wow

Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsI booked Holiday Inn Express specifically for free breakfast. This location is not offering breakfast, just some grab and go snacks, while there’s some repairs being made. It’s definitely the least clean and nice HIE I’ve ever stayed at. It’s also nearly impossible to park in the garage.

Hotel was under construction and there was no notice on hotels.com. No breakfast, no pool and noisy. Staff was not very empathetic. All they had to say was it’s on the website. Their website….not this one. When I initially called before my stay, the automated message before operator picks up says, “Thank you for calling the newly renovated Holiday Inn Express. “
Room was not very clean and, chair had stains and bed sheets had crumbs on them.

Immediately AFTER checking in we were told the hotel was doing construction to their property, pool was closed and breakfast area was closed so to go bags were made. The construction and NOISE was daily from 8-5 sometimes 5:30. Luckily we didnt arrive until 4:30 the first day so we only had to deal with the noise for an hour. We had to revamp our daily plans because the pool was closed. Ask the front desk for more washcloths and was told they didn't have anymore and gave me big hand towels. Day 2 we received a text stating the water would be turned off from 10-4 and that we could get water bottles from the office. This messed up our plans because we then had to stay out even longer because we couldn't shower. Came back thinking since housekeeping had came, there would be enough washcloths but NO they gave us 1 washcloth a stack of hand and bath towels. Day 3 we had to leave the hotel A LOT earlier than planned because you couldn't sleep in if you wanted to due to the noise. Received another text while at the beach that the water was going to be OFF AGAIN. By this time it was ridiculous and were ready to go back home. Finally, was able to come back and shower but the hotel bottle of bodywash ran out. Told the front desk, she went to look for some, said she couldnt find anymore, so she gaves us on OLD bar body soap that fell apart when you opened the package. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!

The good, the bad and the ugly.
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt started off extremely poorly. My flight got canceled so I called and said “don’t give away my room. I’m coming tomorrow“. This should not have been a problem since I was prepaid. They gave away my room.
Also, the hotel was under construction. No pool, no hot breakfast, etc.
I will say that the manager did everything she could to move people around to get me a room which was very impressive. Everyone was extremely friendly. I think if the hotel was not under construction and they had not given away my room, I would be waiting the much much higher.
