Our party of 6 checked into 3 rooms. One of the rooms assigned had not been cleaned. Sheets were sleepy in and trash in the room. The second room assigned was infested with roaches. We cancelled our reservation and moved hotels. Per hotel “policy” we were not reimbursed for the complete reservation. They charged us one night per room. I guess their “policy” doesn’t exclude roach infestations. Reached out to the hotel manager via email with attached videos for a full refund and no response.

Terrible place, bathroom door had been kicked in and broken. Multiple persons loitering around parked cars and behind trashbin enclusures. We declined to stay, leaving us to find other last minute accomodations at greater cost. This place is not maintained, front desk was not coopertive "no one else has complained😂) never again!
