Staff gave me a room that was still under construction. No mirror in bath. TV dismounted from wall. No hangers or surfaces for organizing my toiletries. No mention of these issues. No discount for the problems. After first night of 6, I had to ask for a “regular” room!!

Starting with the night clerk check-in, it was disappointing and just got worse. The clerk was clearly unhappy with his job, unfriendly and mumbled replies. We arrived very late and the property is in a sketchy area and we saw a few parked cars with people in them doing sketchy things. The rooms are tiny - a bed and bathroom, no more room than that. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the sink, on the floor and in the drains. The shower drained so slowly it was still draining for hours in the morning when my husband had taken a shower before we went to sleep the night before. We spent a few minutes killing bugs that enjoyed the place way more than us, slept for a few hours and left. We will not be returning.
