Every staff member from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance is particularly responsive whenever an issue comes up that needs attention, invariably carrying out their duties cheerfully, with enthusiasm. It makes my stay here so much more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the area it was located in, very accessible with lots of food options nearby. The property is right next to a school and church which made it feel safe. However, the room could have been nicer and cleaner. Housekeeping only came on random days. There was an odd smell in the building. The tv was awful. One morning we woke up early to head to Disney and there was absolutely NO hot water. The entire building was out of hot water and it wasn’t fixed until later that night. Having to take an ice shower at 7am was horrid. The water issue was fixed by the time we got back at the end of the day, but then there’s more. The couple next door to us was having a domestic dispute all night long. We could not sleep without hearing a man and woman screaming in front of our window which eventually resulted in police being outside our doors. Not fun whatsoever. We wanted to love our experience here but sadly that’s just not the case. We will not be returning here.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at, very dirty, the rooms smell a lot of marijuana and the showers don't have hot water. I went to complain at reception because the water was cold, they said it's a problem that this hotel has with the water never being hot. I had to bathe my baby in cold water. I don't recommend it to anyone....
