DO NOT TRUST any RIU claims of providing transportation. You may get an email from RIU saying transportation is included. Even if you follow all instructions in that email, you may find yourself at the airport being told by the transportation company that they no longer service that location, as we did. We had to pay insane airport taxi prices to get to and from the airport to the hotel. RIU will say it isn't their fault.... If you choose to go to a RIU hotel, book your own transportation in advance. It will make your trip much smoother and will save significant money and headache versus believing the email they send out promising transportation and signing their name. Or choose a different hotel chain, as we will be doing in the future. Otherwise, this is a beautiful resort with great amenities and staff. It is newer, well maintained, and the food and drinks are all excellent. We enjoyed our multiple stays here, but the headache of transportation will not soon go away.

The staff is lovely and always so quick to assist. Housekeeping could be better, but it’s not the worse. Their live entertainment is nice too. I recommend downloading the app, thats where you can submit daily requests and check for activities/parties.

For my first international trip out the country, I had the time of my life and couldn't have chose a better adults only all inclusive resort. My only recommendation is make the booking transportation process easier to understand and more thorough. It was very confusing and no one was really helpful.

Excelente. Todo muy bien es práctico y nuevo . Siempre y cuando te quedes en el todo el tiempo. Pero si tu idea es salir a excursiones está un poco retirado

Great property. However..you don't get the spa credit offered be Expedia and the transportation to and from the RIU is odd. You have to book through a different company to get a ride to the resort but the RIU will take you back to the airport.
