September getaway
We had a great time at Tree Frogs. Anna was a very responsive host. Upon arriving, two of the three a/c units in the bedroom were not working, but the house manager Patterson stopped by and had a repair tech out quickly. I would recommend using What’s App for communication in the islands as it seemed most of the locals use that instead of traditional cell service. . The island is beautiful and the locals are very friendly. Having a beautiful pool in the heat of summer was fantastic.

Tree Frogs Villa
Tree Frogs is a spacious villa up in Fern Hill estates. The road through the ghut has now been paved which certainly makes the drive easier. On arrival with Patterson, we found the villa lovely and clean with some breakfast supplies in the fridge which were greatly appreciated. We had more rainstorms than expected so did not use the pool as we had hoped and one night the power went out but it was restored by morning so not a problem. Unfortunately we found the villa looking a little tired. The furniture in the living room is saggy and we had trouble sleeping on the hard master bed. Luckily we could try the other beds and found ones more comfortable for us. We enjoyed our time on Nevis, so many excellent restaurants and if the weather had cooperated, I'm sure we would have enjoyed it even more.

Nice villa. Well located, roomy and with an excellent pool.
The 2nd time we've stayed at Tree Frogs, this time for 5 weeks. Well kitted out with an excellent larger than average pool. Nicely located with eady access to main beaches and beach bars and restaurants. I'd advise renting a car to gain maximum flexibility.

Anna was very helpful answering questions before we arrived and property manager met us at the water taxi from St Kitts as planned. House and accommodations were everything we needed. Nicely outfitted kitchen. Pool and views made for nice outside enjoyment.

Lovely home with a fabulous pool
Tree frogs is a lovely spacious home with a beautiful swimming pool and nice views of Saint Kitts and the ocean. This would be perfect for four adults and a couple of children. The kitchen is well equipped, but slightly on the tired side. The monkeys are a lot of fun to watch, but we hear the locals aren’t too keen on them. Nevis is an absolutely stunning island. We will be back.

Relaxing vacation
Really awesome experience with the family staying at this beautiful property. Lots of space for everyone, very clean and organized. Pool was so great to have for the kids. Property manager was so friendly and helpful, he made everything really easy. He even stocked up the kitchen with some main necessities to kick start our stay. Would definitely recommend to others travelling to Nevis.

The house is a little tricky to find but we’ll worth trip up!
Rate it 5 stars for everything! Only negative was it was hard to see the water. If you could sit outside and see the water I’d give the place 10 stars. Even so it was very relaxing!

Super Relaxing and Easy!
We loved our stay at Tree Frog house! Patterson was so helpful and kind. Renting a car from Marlon Brando was easy and inexpensive and definitely worth it. The pool was the so relaxing and the screened in porches were perfect for after-dinner scrabble and cards! And the dog loved the fenced in yard and all the monkeys. So happy we were recommended this property by friends and we’ll recommend it to others as well 😁

We loved it! Anna was great and provided us with all of the help that we needed, both prior to and during our stay. The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectation. The location was wonderful and the sunsets and views over St Kitts were fabulous. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and won't be able to come back next year

Excellent and Relaxing Start to Retirement
The property is very nice and it has great privacy on a dead-end road. The pool was lovely and screened from the neighbors and the home had everything you could possibly need. You will need to rent a car for sure. My flight into Nevis was delayed and the rental company waited 2 hours for me and then they drove me to the home since it was dark. Once you find the home it is easy but in the dark, without having been there before, it would have been a little more of a challenge for me. During the day I read and wrote and laid by the pool. I made some friends while I was there and found the perfect place for breakfast, Cafe de Arts located on the museum grounds. Very nice group there. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as I had hoped. It had a lovely screen porch for meals, although I had almost no bugs during my stay. They had the pool guy come by a couple of times as well as the maid. It was well worth the money and I would not hesitate to do it again.
