Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. From my previous review one week ago, they improved the restocking of coffee, waffle batter, and tacos during the complimentary breakfast. Overall, they need to improve the maintenance to the facilities. The elevator was not working, the room's bathroom's lights were not working as well as few lights on the room, the room's door has no dead bolt, there were a cockroach on the bathroom, there was a misalignment between the mattress and the boxspring leaving exposed metal parts that could hurt the guests.

Great location and good value for my money. Friednly staff. They need to improve restocking of coffee and waffle batter during peak breakfast hours. I can't tell if they offer anything besides waffles for breakfast as there were tiny bottles of sauce but nothing to pour it over.

I had an excellent experience at the Microtel thanks to Jenny’s exceptional service! She was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Jenny’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest. Whether it was answering my questions or providing helpful recommendations, she handled everything with a smile. Employees like Jenny are what make staying at Microtel truly special. Highly recommend!
