Mt St Helen Climb
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe were there to climb MSH. It is the perfect place to relax before and after the climb. The restaurant is very good and the staff are great. If you’re climbing MSH, this is the closest you can get without camping.

We loved the little cottage we stayed in. Store was well stocked and the restaurant was great.

The cabin smelled bad with musty, thick, smoky air. There was a pipe leak in the bathroom and a puddle on the floor. The WiFi is unsecured, so all your internet activity is exposed. The shower head is barely 5 feet off the ground - it’s so low, I had to squat just to get my hair wet. The smoke detector batteries were low and made a beep every 10-20 minutes. I left a message with the front desk about it 20 minutes after they closed (checked in 15-30 minutes before close) and never got any support, so I had to take the batteries out and sleep all night without any smoke detectors running. This was a $330/night room and not worth anywhere near that price.
