Résidence très agréable, lieu très charmant et calme

Très bon séjour

Nous étions 5 adultes et un enfant de 11 ans. Belle maison, beaux espaces intérieur et extérieur. Matelas très confortables.
Thérésa nous avait préparé des scones pour notre arrivée ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour prendre le café, thé etc.. C'était bien agréable et très gentil.
Les propriétaires sont très conviviaux et sympathiques.
Merci Thérésa pour avoir apporté un blender et 2 plats rectangulaires pour le four.
Thérésa, il manque juste une louche (pour la soupe), et un plat rond sinon tout est ok !!
Le petit point négatif c'est le fait que l'on doit payer en espèces le prix du fuel utilisé pour le chauffage durant la semaine. On préfère un tarif tout compris lorsque l'on loue une maison, mais bon c'est personnel. Pour les deux premières maisons louées, tout était compris.
Encore merci à Thérésa car elle a tout fait pour que l'on se sente bien tout de suite.
Nous recommandons cette location non seulement pour son emplacement, son prix, mais aussi pour la gentillesse de ses propriétaires.

Golden in Shanagolden
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I enjoy quiet properties with good opportunities for walks. Having stores and a great restaurant within walking distance is even better. This property had all that and more. Views on all sides, quiet and so comfortable. Theresa is a great host... It took us no time to feel right at home. Be sure to visit The Stand for a tasty meal and entertainment. This is a five star property and we'll return as soon as we get the chance.

I have to apologise that my star rating did not show as I intended as for me it was 5 stars all the way but for some reason the app did not carry it over . A wee gem of a place

Rooms are fairly small, which adds to the charm . Very quiet area with cows as neighbors. Great location between Cliffs of Moher and Dingle and Ring of Kerry. Convenience store/gas station just a few miles away
Just the type of experience we were looking for, and to top it off, we arrived to tea and coffee service with scones laid out for us. House is gorgeous and we were so warmly welcomed.

Beautiful Property in a Lovely Location

There were fresh baked scones, butter, jam and milk on arrival which was very welcoming. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a fabulous stay. I would highly reccomend a visit! Perfect for peace and quiet
Publié le 13 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at Sporting Lodge. Theresa and Kevin are great hosts, maintaining great communication and making us feel very welcome indeed. The property is very spacious and well equipped. It's in a quiet, rural location within very easy reach of lots of wonderful places to visit. We had trips to Counties Cork, Clare and Kerry as well as Dublin. And County Limerick itself has beautiful countryside and welcoming people. We really did feel very at home. We thought that Sporting Lodge was very good value and would recommend it without hesitation.

The Perfect Family Getaway

The home is situated in peaceful country surrounds, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy some quiet, quality time away with family. The location is a great jumping off point and within reasonable driving distance of many of the West Coast “must-see sights.” (Car is a must!) The property is beautifully maintained and the hosts could not be more helpful or gracious. Theresa would respond without fail to any questions or concerns during the full length of our stay. Beds and linens were comfortable and cozy which was a treat after long days spent adventuring. Clean and spacious home with fenced in garden checks all the boxes for a lovely family holiday. If you are considering spending yours here, do not hesitate to book! Very much hoping to return ourselves in the future!

Adorable Clean Country House
Publié le 27 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house was the perfect choice for our group of five. We loved the convenience of having two and half bathrooms and a clothes washer and dryer. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and farm surroundings.
The owner had baked fresh scones and left milk in the fridge for our arrival. She also responded to a few questions we had promptly throughout our stay.
