Strategic location, ski in/out and walking distance from 1850. Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Ski rental shop in the same building. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small and needs to take two steps up to get in. Had great time during my stay at the hotel and would consider it next time if price is fair.

The hotel is nicely located and some of the services like the Concierge was excellent. However, the telephone and coffee machine in the room were not working and the technicians were unable to fix both of it for 4 days. The staff couldn't offer anything to compensate for this and all we heard from them was that they were sorry. They said the line was broke. I had to use my international phone to connect to the concierge or room service for 4 days, which was totally unacceptable. They further rushed behind us to ask for the price of a coffee we orederd to the room since we didn't have the coffee machine working and asked for 10 Euros for a single cup which I thought they already charged to my bill when I checked out. The reception staff was not really professional in that sence. Also the restaurant dining service in the evening was extremely slow. Other than the above, we enjoyed our stay in general.
