Nice and comfortable space. we really liked it there. It would be amazing to have air conditioning due to humid condition in the summer.

Publié le 19 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWell-appointed and comfortable condo close to all amenities. The suite is pretty and in a quiet secure building. Appreciate the underground parking. Owner is responsive to messages. Will definitely stay here again when I next travel to the area.

Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a comfy apartment 2 miles from downtown Courtenay. There is a shopping strip including Walmart and Winners-within walking distance across a busy street. The building has an elevator to the third floor. However the door to the stairs is right beside the apartment.
I gave this stay a four star because there was no air conditioning; the two fans would have been sufficient had we opened the windows, too much noise outside to have windows open due to construction on one side of the apartment complex.
Definitely value for the price, and a good alternative to expensive hotels.

Very new apartment
Publié le 12 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis apartment is very new, as is the furniture and everything else in the apartment. It is very well stocked for a lengthy stay and is well located. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
