Very nice stay
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for 6 people (2 adults and 4 kids). Each of us had a bedroom, house was very clean in general, easy to find and easy access to supermarket. The game room was great for the kids to play before the meal.
The only thing was the comfort of the mattress, could have been better, especially especially in the main bedroom.

Example, the living room is huge and has tons of seating laid out with lots of space for everyone, why would you care or even take notice? You wouldn't normally care but as mentioned everything was so great about this property our attention focused on these little extras. The living room was a super convening spot for my family and well appointed central location we all used frequently. Other misc things I liked: it was a quiet street, good location just a 5 min walk to the water. We would definitely go back here.

Christmas fun
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed this house and all it had to offer. The games room went down a treat with all our guests over the holidays and everyone was entertained from 18yr old nieces to 80 yr old grandmother and all in between.
The beds were plentiful and very comfortable and the three bathrooms were all excellent - with lots of hot water and a gorgeous multi-jetted shower off the master bedroom.
This place had all the things we needed in the kitchen and lots of space in a huge fridge - necessary when cooking Christmas dinner for 13!
All in all a great place and we would come again.

Quiet week away
Publié le 13 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOur 2 families had a great week in Royston. Amenities were close by and it was nice to be able to walk to the ocean. The house was big enough to fit 8 people comfortably.

Cozy stay
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at this home. Many features reminded me of my grandmother’s home just a few minutes away. That was always a place of peace and security. Updated kitchen and master bath. Would highly recommend staying at this home! Air conditioning is only in main living room not main floor but was somewhere we could cool off from the warm days. Hosts are quick to respond and take care of all your needs!
