My family of 5 stayed for a couple of nights while visiting my inlaws. My kids are late teens and early twenties & this location was great for them. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to hang out and the hotel was close enough to the bars/restaurants on the Avenue to walk. I noticed the cleaning staff constantly cleaning something, & everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful.

This was a great hotel close to Downtown Del Ray Beach. Walking distance to many restaurants, Cafes, Bars, and the beach. It is a pet friendly hotel and made it easy to bring our dog along with us.

The property was good. It is just that it had partial ocean view rooms which we booked. It is not so close to the beach so there is no ocean view. More like a coastal view. that was a little disappointing
