We had an early 5:30 am flight departing from the airport. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 4:00 am, but it wasn't very busy so the front desk clerk took us over at 3:20 am.

We had a long wait to be picked up from the airport, had to call twice. The gentleman who picked was friendly, once we arrived at the hotel the girl at the desk had no customer service skills, no greeting, no welcome no nothing, looks as we were there to steal something. Was not impress with the breakfast. This hotel will be off my list for future stays

It was freezing outside, so when I moved vehicle after checkin, my room key did not work to allow access. I had moved all of our luggage-6 bags- to the entrance at the side of the building. The temperature in the room was very cold… it never got completely warm. I slept with additional layers and my own blanket from home. The couch was gross… like something from a college frat house.

We parked our car there while we were on vacation, that went well other than the shuttle being late to go to the airport. We also had a reservation for when we came back for one night. I even spoke with the front desk person to clarify that we would not be back till 1am and she said we will have a ride back from the airport. Our flight was delayed so we called the hotel to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving till later around 2:00am and they mentioned they probably wouldn’t be able to pick us up from the airport which was fine because it was so late but they knew we were coming. Once we arrived they said that they just cancelled our reservation even when they knew we were still coming after we told them our flight was delayed and wanted to charge me extra for a late check out after they cancelled my room and then tried to make it up by saying it’s not an extra cost for coming in so late which I would hope not considering everything and the fact we were only there for 7 hours. Even in the morning while we were getting ready the cleaning crew knocked on our door twice an hour before check out. I’m not happy with our stay here and I probably won’t be back.
