Excellent Hotel-great night's stay
Publié le 26 sept. 2015 sur HotelsRight off the highway 51 so very convenient with no traffic noise. Room was clean and the front desk people were very polite and helpful and efficient. Had a great night's rest. Will stay again when traveling on that route in Tennessee.

Nice Enough

Pour : The room was very clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. It's in a great location in Covington, as well.
Contre : The furniture seems a bit large for the room. It makes the room feel very small and cramped.
Emplacement : There are tons of places to eat nearby, as well as being close to grocery stores and gas stations and some shopping as well.
We rented a room here for 1 night while we were in town for a funeral. The room itself was nice enough, if a little bit on the small side, and two of the three lamps in our room didn't work, but otherwise the room was fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and much nicer than in our last visit to this hotel a few years back. Overall it was fine for what we paid, but I was disappointed in the lack of lighting and space.

Publié le 12 févr. 2015 sur HotelsI had really never stayed at Quality Inn until I found it last year when I went to visit my son. The hotel is convenient to everything you need to get to. The clerk and other employees were friendly. This is the only hotel I want to stay at when I come to Covington.

Disappointing based upon other reviews

Pour : Friendly staff and decent continental breakfast
Contre : They need to do a better job of cleaning mold in bathroom and fix exhaust fan so mold does not build up.
Emplacement : Fair location but not much to do near by. Within walking distance of restaurants and grocery.
From previous reviews I would have expected better accommodations. I was very disappointed. The staff was friendly but the room itself smelled. Next time I'll spend a little more and stay at the Holiday Inn Express nearby.

sorry you wasn't please with your stay, we would take your comment to heart as which we wouldn't want nothing like to ever happen to any of guest, we would have been gladly to correct any problem have they were address to staff, once again sorry you was please and hope you consider staying with us.
