Helpful with small requests
Team did a great job taking care of us. We added a comment to our request to see if we could have a tub and received a response from the hotel, insuring they could get one for us. Additionally, they ran out of hot coco in the free coffee bar and the receptionist had no problem helping us find some more.

Has the Brand Name but thats it.
I have stayed in many Hamptons this rates the lowest. Well worn environment, lights not working in the room. Breakfast was pitiful in terms of available food and presentation. Management need to engage the post-covid "can't be bothered" attitude is very prevalent. I will not stay here again- very disappointing.

Very nice hotel. A little noisy as there is a hospital close by and you hear the sirens Very clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Would have been nice to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Also,would have been nice to have sheets changed every couple of days. Overall very nice place and would stay again.
