My husband and I checked in late on Friday it was pretty close time to go to bed. As we were preparing to go to sleep an eighteen wheeler parked outside by our room. The truck was running and it was extremely loud. We were moved to another room. The room had roaches and smelled like mold. We had to leave and go to another hotel. We called management the next day and he refused to give us a refund. He charged us for the room on Saturday and we weren’t even there! MANAGER was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience. We will never go back nor refer anyone there. The light fixtures were broken as well. There also seemed like a lot of riff raff (if you know what I mean).

First room had shower and sink draining issues and air didn’t work. Switched rooms and had same drainage issues. Stayed only bc we got in at 3:30am and was too tired to find another room. Room looked like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. I booked for 3 nights initially thru Expedia and asked to cancel the next 2 nights with a refund or credit towards another property bc of issues. Expedia rep called hotel and they denied all allegations. Even said they didn’t put us in another room. Outdated, dirty and shitty management.

The property is convenient to shopping and dining. I disliked when I checked in the staff gave me a room that had mattresses and rails in front of the door. It was like they didn't care about the guest safety. I had a reservation, so its not like they didn't know I was arriving. The property isn't clean like before. I stayed here years ago. The property management has changed and the property has gone done. I want stay here again.

I paid extra to have a 1st floor room. Was given a 2nd floor room. The front desk guy said he would refund that portion, so cool. Got to the room and it reeked of cigarettes and sewage. There were dirty paw prints on one bed (in a pet free hotel). There were curly black hairs (use your imagination here) the other bed. Every single drawer had a dead bug infestation. Like MULTIPLE dead bugs. The bathtub had living and dead bugs in it. It was disgusting.
