Cowes Chapel Beach House

This fabulously presented Phillip Island beach house, a stones throw away from Cowes' famous front beach and its main street of shops and eateries.
The comfortable lounge room is nicely complimented with a 50" LED TV and Blu Ray Player with hard drive compatibility so a movie can be easily enjoyed after a long day of exploring the famous island.
The outdoor area is accompanied with plenty of seating to accommodate a large number of guests with a Webber BBQ sure to leave tongues wagging, alongside the entertaining area of the garden.
The 2 well presented bedrooms can cater for up to 5 guests with a queen size, double bunk and ottoman beds complimenting the properties comfortability.
The bathroom and toilet have been newly renovated with a large walk in shower.
The property is also pet friendly, so you are more then welcome to bring your furry friend along.
For those who want to keep fit whilst away, Cowes' local football oval, gym, tennis courts and walking tracks are all within close proximity to the property.
Parking available on the property, plus plenty of spaces available on Chapel St.

This really is a lovely home, in a great location, that is perfect for your next holiday or weekend getaway!

Perfect Location
We chose this place for it's location. We could walk to most of the eateries, supermarkets. The Unit was well placed, very clean, although the chairs in the courtyard could have been cleaned. A box of tissues would be a nice touch. Would recommend this to our friends.

Great family getaway
Nicely presented, clean and tidy. A short car trip to Cowes shops, restaurants, and beach front. About a 10min stroll up a gentle hill. Car spot is quite tight as others have mentioned. (We could get in and out ok but couldn’t fully open doors on both sides for our large family car.) Very comfortable couch and beds. Kids loved darts and table tennis table. Great central location and close (short drive) to major island attractions. (

Comfortable and close to everything!
Easy to find, great for walking into the main street of Cowes or along the beach. The unit was older in style but well maintained and had a beautifully renovated bathroom. As two retired couples, the double/single bed in one room wasn't ideal for getting up in the night but we all slept very well on the very comfortable beds. Being very close to a free charging station for the electric vehicle was an added benefit. the beds very comfortable and slept well.

Easy and clean

Was a great little unit to stay for the weekend fab location shared driveway and very small parking/garage space so parked on the road. Could have done with a dust but overall clean n tidy and great location. Couldn’t find many cleaning supplies either under sink or laundry to clean with at checkout

Good location close to shops and beach. Facilities good but overall cleanliness of property sub par - would pay to have a deep clean from time to time and clean under the furniture from time to time. Overall a good stay because of location but didn’t realise there would be no grassed back area for my dog to spend time.

Great location & well kept property!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - freezing weather but the property was delightful. Was super clean when we arrived and no problems getting in. Organised linens which were not ready (miscommunication with the cleaners) but rectified within an hour of arrival. Very convenient access to all of Phillip Island, our family had a great stay.

Perfect location
Property is extremely clean and has lovely calmness about it. It located just a short walk from the centre of town and the beach. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a little stroll to the hub. Only small downer was the property was a little smaller than I thought but soon got over that and quickly enjoyed the piece of this little gem. Highly recommend.
