Great place to stay, bit dirty

very dirty
Publié le 15 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayBed sheets had pubic hair on them, rugs in lounge and hallway were disgustingly dirty. couldn't find remote for heating so the house was freezing. Advertised with pool table - that was damaged, and we couldn't use it.
brought my elderly mum on a weekend away for the very first time and she couldn't believe the state of the house.
will not be staying there again and would not recommend.

Great house, close to main street
Publié le 10 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayHouse and neighbourhood were great. Pool table was a bonus with having older children. Unfortunately we were only offered 2 bedrooms with made up beds which made it difficult having our teenage son and adult daughter (we hired a house with min 3 bedrooms for this reason but only given 2 double beds for sleeping). Would definitely stay again however will need to communicate the need for separate beds (this has never been an issue in past so didn't think about requesting use of 3 bedrooms). House is in a great position and close to the main street.
