They were literally scammer. I booked through Expedia.co.uk and when i was in the reception they said they didn’t receive any booking and later when the customer service from expedia called then day said we are in the property which straight up scam.

Breakfast quality is very poor.

The actual property is not the same as the picture and the behavior of the staff is not professional.

That time, we discussed with you for solve the case by changing the type of room category and you agreed. After you arrived we modified the type of room category with your consent and also modified rate according to the rent of that room.
