Lovely home style BnB within 15-20 mins leisurely walk to seafront downtown area of Cozumel. Friendly and warm hospitality from Hannah. Lovely dogs on property. Spacious and clean room. Gorgeous garden. Has a pool which I did not use as I was diving every day. Very close to airport. I was first dropped off from airport via government shuttle and it was a mere ten minutes by taxi to airport midweek. Breakfast is included. I’m not a big breakfast person and I found everything delicious and plentiful. I had a marvelous stay here as the location was ideal for me and I appreciated coming back after a busy day to some peace and quiet.

Lovely setting, a small garden oasis in the middle of town. Enjoyed the gathering with other guests for breakfast and sharing excursions. However, there was not much information about where to go, what to see, or how to get anywhere on the island from the staff. as a solo traveler, I was left to my own very limited devices.

Thank you Breen Lea for staying with us. I remember when you arrived and you had decided to have an 'adventure' and had already booked a snorkeling trip, had decided to visit the Ecological Gardens, buy souvenirs and wanted to find a studio to practice yoga. I found several places for you and gave you the class times and opening times listed. We also recommended that you go to the Municipal Mercado or one of the many kiosks on the main plaza for souvenirs and visit the museum on Melgar; when you returned you said that it was fabulous! I also arranged taxi rides for you with my taxi guy. Therefore, I have to say I am confused about why you think that you didn't get much information about where to go, what to see, or how to get anywhere. All the best to you! Hannah

Once you enter pass the main door it is like an oasis. Nice pool good grounds great dogs friendly and sociable. There is a sit down stand up bar area where we met people and had great conversations. Hannah is quite the host and is awesome. If you want someone to talk to she is the one. Great 4 days. Will definitely go back again

Excellent B&B

Hannah was the best host, breakfast was excellent, and the room was good.
We made three new friends with her dogs, they were great!
Street out front was a little busy, but it calmed down at night so no issues.
Would I stay again, an outstanding YES!
The flowers are pretty and you have basically private pool as there were only a few other quest there.
We were able to walk to a few places while there, very safe. I think our favorite was Mister Taco about 1 ½ blocks away. It was great! Casa Mission wasn’t bad, but there are better places for the money.
I’ll say it one more time; Hannah was a great host so I would defiantly return.

A great hideaway!

A great location to get anywhere we wanted and a wonderful host. We had a great homemade breakfast every morning! We will be back. Thank you so much for all the hospitality!

If you don't mind Dogs jumping all over you, leaving scratch marks, this is the place for you. If cats are your thing, this is the place for you ! If you enjoy being corrected by the owner constantly, as she smokes in the no smoking motel, this is the place for you. The reviews have to be written by her personal friends. People were cancelling after one day, many days. Dog poop on the floor is common. Long walk to downtown.
