There is nothing to really enjoy apart from snorkeling (which was good btw). The italian and mexican restaurant were nice with good service. The staff was nice, however, the overall services of the hotel were below average. On arrival, we were given our keys and no one was there to help us find our way to the room. The guy only gave us vague directions. We got a bad view on our room and had to wait the next day to have it changed. When we changed the room, the shower sink was not working properly and we had to clean the water that went out of the bathroom after every shower. I called during two days to have the TV connected to the WIFI but no one could help fix it and everytime they say the only person who knows how it works is not in the hotel right now. The lunch buffet and breakfast were okay. Upon check in, nobody could help us find a solution to have our Nespresso machine work in the room as it needed higher voltage and they did not have any Nespresso machines in the whole hotel. They only have Nescafe filtered coffee which was horrible. We are used to waking up early and once there was no one to serve us coffee. Every time we needed something, it was not attended well.
We once ordered breakfast in the room and I asked for fried eggs with the yellow not broken, they sent me (after one hour) eggs with just the white and no yellow!
If you are looking for a luxurious stay, definitely not at this hotel and I will never come back. Very poor service and not professional!
