La persona encargada poco empatica , alas 12 del dia nos hecho ala calle en medio de una tormenta de lluvia , cero servicial , ni siquiera para invitrnos a pasar para resguardarnos de la tormenta, nada de nada ... the person in charged thru us out at 12 noon in the middle of a strom cero empathy he didebt even offer us to come in to keep us from getting wet withh all our lauggage , no toleramce no nothing so me and my wife got wet for more than 2 hrs on the street with all our things wet and he dident give a fuck anyway terrible service what a prick!!!!!!!

Henri was a great guy and the room was very clean. My only complaint would be the neighbors dogs barked allot during the day. Also could use a new shower head which was probably just due to low water pressure.
