Lots of little nagging issues.

Took until 6pm to check us in no idea why. The room was good but with some major issues that were never fixed. The toilet from upstairs was leaking and the water was dripping onto the towels. The ceiling above the toilet was fairly wet. No idea why the Hotel didn’t think this was a major issue especially conduits a sanitary issue. The buffet restaurant fir dinner is a complete joke. BB Q night was beef burgers. We don’t eat beef. Breakfast was passable. The Italian and Mexican Restaurants were excellent. Make sure you are there at 6pm to book. The pools are excellent especially at the seaside. The bar service at the pools was great as well. The food at the pool bar wasn’t great. We didn’t try the Pescador restaurant ocean side but the lunch menu looked great. The food and room were issues but not a deal breaker since we were there to dive and this place is a great place and close to the Marina and in the end that’s all that mattered.

It must be noted that some of the deficiencies you've pointed out are simply out of our control, such as the local food and restaurants.
