Es un buen lugar, puede mejorar un poco la calidad de las habitaciones y los alimentos. A diferencia del Drems que también conocimos.

This was such a relaxing trip! No loud parties or crazy teens. Just peace and quiet.

Limited dining and beverage options. Staff was not well educated and would require assistance from management for the simplest of asks.

The property was poorly kept with trash remaining from the previous night every morning. Very limited dining and beverage options. Food quality was poor.

Didn’t feel welcome. Most the staff I tried to speak with, didn’t speak English or just stared at me. Bought all inclusive but no one ever explained what that included.

Do NOT go here. It’s an absolute scam, the photos look nothing like the property. I came to stay for 10 days and left this hotel the same day I came. The front desk said they’d give me a refund but went back on there word. Horrible service, unclean rooms and flies were sharing my food :(

El hotel tiene múltiples fallas en muchas de sus habitaciones. Nos recibieron con una habitación sucia y con las charolas y platos del huésped anterior aun en la puerta. Tengo video. Me cambiaron a otra habitación por exigencia mía y la nueva fue peor, llena de hormigas y con el agua de la regadera y el lavabo pestilente. Fue salida anticipada y no me garantizaron el reembolso. Perdí dos noches que les había pagado anticipadamente desde mi llegada.

Upon arrival I have no complaints. Everyone super friendly and very welcoming. After that nothing was the same. Very limited options with places to eat. They would run out of food, plates and that was it. They would not make more food. Online it said room service was available, and they told us to download an app to make it easier. No where on the app was that option available. The bakery limited us to 2 pastry’s per person. The hostesses at restaurants all had attitudes and did not like the fact that we had a party of 7. It was always and inconvenience to ask for a big table. Lastly we were told that it was Secrets, Sunscape, and another resort. Well sunnscape could not go to other resorts and order food. However we saw multiple people from those other resorts at Sunscape eating and there was no problem at all. Which I don’t think there should be. However how is it possible for only Sunscape to struggle with additional wait time, and no food services from the other resorts. Really disappointed in the resort.
