Superbe condo

Tout d'abord nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par José malgré notre grand retard, il s'est empressé de prendre nos baggages et nous faire visiter le condo en nous transmettant toute l'information nécessaire afin que notre expérience soit des plus agréable. Le condo est très propre, grand, il est parfait pour 4 personnes chaque couple y retrouve son intimité ayant chacun sa salle de bain privée ainsi que son balcon. La propreté est parfaite! La vue du balcon principal est exceptionnelle donnant directement sur la mer et nous offrant de très beaux couchers de soleil. Pour les amateurs d'apnée c'est vraiment génial car nous pouvons plonger directement du tremplin pour ensuite explorer les récifs qui se trouvent en bordure. Notre expérience a été très positive, le seul inconvénient est le réseau Wifi qui était très mauvais! Une fois cela dit bien que ce soit un irritant cela ne nous empêcherait pas d'y retourner sans aucun doute! Très bon service, on se soucie de vous et de votre satisfaction!

Not as advertised

We had problems with cockroaches and the bathrooms and showers were very unclean. We decided to eat the cost and move out after 2 nights.

This guest smoked marijuana inside the condo which is forbidden in our rental agreement; at no point during her stay she mentioned a problem with insects, instead, she implied we would get a bad review if we did not refund the nights she did not use, therefor the reason for this review. We have been in business for 25 years and this is one of the most loved and pristine property in our pool. with over 108, 5 stars review. According to our rental agreement, no illegal activities (including but not limited to the use of illegal drugs or substances) may be conducted at the premises.

Beautiful and Quiet

Property and grounds are impeccably clean. Ezekiel is the maintenance man He is so kind and quick to respond to our needs. The pool is a saltwater pool and there are no elevators to the 4th floor but the steps are short and you start your ascend on the 2nd floor. So not bad at all. Fantastic view as you don't have any cruise ships or ferry's blocking your view. Kitchen is small but adequate. Bedrooms are very spacious. We will definitely like to return. I would recommend renting a car, Condo is not close to town. That was the best part is being away from all the noise. This city is easy to navigate .

Perfect getaway

401 was absolutely wonderful. Whether renting transportation or taxi. Very easy to get comfortable.the view was incredible. Will definitely stay again

Excellent condo!

This condo is super. We love the north zone because it's quiet. The condo is as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool area (as did everyone staying there). No fighting for chairs, great view, what more do you need? Mattias is great as is the rest of the crew. No regrets renting this place!

Gorgeous condo! Great snorkeling

The condo was lovely, clean, and well decorated . Best of all, there’s a diving platform and amazing snorkeling right out the back door! We had a great stay!

We loved our stay for spring break. The condo exceeded our expectations as was spot on with many of the other reviewers' comments. The views are spectacular--especially loved waking up in the master bedroom to the views every morning. Plenty of room for our family of four and were grateful for the kitchen which had everything we needed to enjoy a homecooked meal. Pool area was a perfect spot to hang out for the day. Our kids loved jumping into the ocean off the platform and snorkeling. We all decided that this unit will be part of our next trip to Cozumel. The staff is wonderful--great communication before our arrival and quick to respond to any small issues we had during our stay.

Amazing place for a vacation!

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location. It was clean and had everything we needed, including filtered water dispenser. We watched the sunset by the pool or balcony each night. Just spectacular. We snorkeled in the ocean adjacent to the property and saw some of the most beautiful fish - similar to our snorkel excursion. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
