Excellent property with everything you need for a family.
Publié le 27 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe wanted a place to stay that was set back from the busy, commercialized places, was quiet, right by the beach, where we could cook if we wanted or eat out if we chose, was close enough that we could still visit the markets, attractions and tours, and most importantly would fit our family of five. Mima's village checked all these boxes. Our kids loved the pool and went swimming every evening. The beach is rocky but alive with sea life. We saw all kinds of fish, octopus, coral, urchin, crabs, rays, and collected so many shells. There is also an awesome little sandy beach area 2 minutes walk down the road. Memo was amazing and so accommodating. He told us all the best places to eat and shop and answered any questions we had. He even taught us how to use the charcoal grill. We had the best time and made so many memories. I highly recommend staying at Mima's village.

Girls Getaway
Publié le 30 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing stay in Cozumel. Memo greeted us at the airport and provided lots of valuable information for our stay on the island. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. During the week, he provided us with snorkeling gear, cooler, towels, and responded so quickly to each of our requests. We were very glad that we rented a vehicle and were able to head out each day to see a different part of the island. In the evenings, we met the neighbors by the pool who were also full of suggestions for our stay in Cozumel. I would highly recommend this property!

Sometimes you meet people who feel like part of your family… And I just did that with Sheryl and her girlfriends… They are such a wonderful, very pleasant, fun and friendly group of girls... It was such a great honor and pleasure to host them...They went beyond making the best of her stay in Cozumel… An absolute Gem! Super Friendly Fun Group of Ladies… Quiet and respectful of their environment… I wish I had more guests, or even better, all my guests, being like them…

You gave us great suggestions from grocery shopping, to beaches to visit. Everything was perfect! You show your guests the true essence of what Mexico, specifically Cozumel, really is and that is a warm, welcoming paradise! We are already looking into coming back next year and will definitely return to your beautiful villa by the sea. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Until we meet again mi amigos! Take care!

Welcome to Mexico.
Publié le 26 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was an second floor unit (Stairs) with a shared balcony. There are split A/C units in the bedrooms but not the common area. We lost power one morning due to a blown transformer. The internet reception was sketchy in some areas of the house. Overall our issues were addressed and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing balcony in a gorgeous spot

Less than 1 minute walk from your front door to the sand. Lots of room for the family and comfortable. Close to town. Drive and explore the island and the wonderful people. Any questions just ask Memo he can recommend where to go:
