Each bedroom, along with the living room, comes with a state-of-the-art TV. The fully remodeled kitchen offers ample dining and cooking space. For the fishermen, there's a bait and tackle fridge and a fishing pole holder.

Located just one block from Lake Milton Family Beach and Castaway Craigs Restaurant, this is the ideal spot to enjoy the water. After a day of fun, unwind in the property's hot tub. The ample backyard space is equipped with a picnic table and BBQ, perfect for gatherings with family and friends. Grab your loved ones and enjoy your home away from home!

🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🐾A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.
🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
