L'hôtel très bien,très confortable très bon service seul reproche à faire la wifi insuffisant,connexion pratiquement nul.

Disappointed

Check in went ok but since you didn’t have a elevator I asked for a room on the main floor because I have bad knees and back my friend has walking problems and was told no. There was trash on the floor in the room and the bathroom had no fan. The beds were ok as well as the breakfast. I told my concerns to the desk they said they would give us some money back. Well they didn’t.

Nice room; poor customer service

The room was clean and nice. Shower was good. Nice lobby and exterior. With no elevator, you had to carry luggage upstairs. The customer service at the desk was very disappointing when we arrived in the afternoon of Aug 29th. Unfriendly and appearing as she did not want to be there.

"D" Quality Inn

We booked for 3 nights the pool and hot tub were closed for the 1st 2 days, the Internet, phones and half the tv channels went out the 2nd day with no estimate of when it would return they said it could be another week. Then the power went out on half of the room. The white light bulbs added to the eeirie feeling especially with only having 1 window that looked directly at a wall. But the thing that was the worst part of it all was the rude young lady working the front desk who could could care less when I brought up my concerns especially since we still paid full price each night. It honestly was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. And we are Local!

The pool was really neatbut the hours could be more flexable especially since the pool is inside by the office.
