The property fulfilled our needs perfectly.
The only thing I would say that was not professional was a lack of response (none at all) to an email I had sent a few days prior departure, and also some of the staff were more friendly and helpful than others.
One lady made you feel like you were putting her seriously out when all you were doing was asking a simple question or requiring some basic assistance.
Overall all 4 of our party were pleased and would be more than happy to recommend the Splendid hotel!

Bebek ile rahat ve konforlu bir seyahatti.
Publié le 26 déc. 2023 sur HotelsChristmas Marketler için yaptığımız bu seyahatte bu hoteli seçmemizin en büyük nedeni merkezi olmasıydı. Ancak hotel bunun yanında üstün hizmet, kaliteli malzeme ve temiz duruyor. Sadece Resepsiyonda bulunan çalışanlar biraz daha güler yüzlü olabilir.
Yatakları geniş ve rahattı.
