Friendly receptionist checked me in, no question was a hassle. Plenty of biscuits each day (white choc macadamia/chocolate/oat/ etc), filtered water dispenser, malevtour own hot drink. Tickets for shuttle to mountain are free but you line up each day to get more for tomorrow. guest laundry too on level 3
