I checked out 6 days ago and they still haven't returned my deposit.

Your deposit was released the day you left. I suggest that you contact your credit card company or bank to see why they have not credited it back to your account yet. This usually only takes 3-5 business days.

Room wasn’t very clean. We stayed in the suite which was amazing in size and layout but the silicone around the tubs and shower was black and the vents and other areas were CAKED in dust. Would have needed a deep clean to get all the dust off. Wasn’t just dust that you could blow away. It hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The corners of the rooms were dirty. Needed a deep clean. The AC was also not working. It was 78 in the room and I could not get the AC to turn on. The pull out bed was also not great. Worse than any other pullout we have had at other places.

Thank you for your feedback. After 4 months of being sold out, we are finally slowing down and are scheduled for our fall deep cleaning starting this week. This is done twice a year (October and April) for just this reason; to catch anything that has been missed and ensure all rooms are clean and up to standards.We are also about to restart the room renovations we began last Spring before the busy Summer season. This includes stripping the wallpaper, painting the rooms and bathrooms, and replacing the window fixtures, curtains and drapes, as well as some of the other items in the rooms.Once this is finished, please be sure to return and let us know what you think of the changes!
