Publié le 15 mai 2015 sur HotelsBel hotel, j'ai pas entendu le train malgré la proximité du rail. Le resto Cherry j'ai bien manger contrairement au mauvais commentaire de certain. Le seul hic c'est le tarif, un peu cher!

Woke up to a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. Couldn't see the bottom of the hot tub because it was too murky.
Staff are great, food is good at the pub and restaurant but for $250 a night the place is a joke.

We are sorry to hear our team at the front desk was not engaging in the conversation with you at check out. This is feedback that we take very seriously, as such we have engaged our pest control contractor to assess this situation. While Cockroaches are not common to our area, the bugs you described are more likely to have been Boxelder bugs. Boxelder bugs are common in our region, specifically at this time of year. While these bugs are normally only outside, on rare occasions they do their way indoors. We understand this must have been an unsettling experience; we do hope that you will consider staying with us again to provide you with superior experiences throughout our property.
