Group Trip To Hudson Valley

The house was clean, spread out, well air-conditioned during the summer, and provided a number of sleeping options (easily sleeping 10). The outside was perfect for our guys-trip - lots of space, nice patio with overhang, and the pool was incredible. Overall the house was great, and Gautam was a great host - easy to communicate with, providing additional air mattresses and towels in every room. The house is 15-20 minutes from Hudson/Catskill towns, and the only downside was we had some trouble finding car services/transportation into town, especially at night. But the house was so great we really didn't even need to leave! Would highly recommend for larger groups.

You’re paying for the pool

Cons: not very clean, could use some updating, no welcome book, some safety issues (deck and top of basement stairs), a smell inside the house (mildew?), could use patio around the pool.

Excellent stay
Publié le 17 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayI stayed at the property with 6 friends and we had a wonderful time. The patio is nice and fully equipped. We enjoyed grilling there for dinner. We also enjoyed watching movies with the fantastic tv and home theater.

House and property need work
Publié le 25 août 2021 sur HomeAwayOwner was responding to my emails, not a property manager. AC was locked at 75° by owner, which was unacceptable to us. It took three days before he lowered it to 72 degrees at night. Moldy shower curtains need to be replaced. House should have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Pool was great although chilly. House and property were large and private. Family time together was priceless although I would not rent this house again. It needs work and the living room couches were futons and VERY uncomfortable.
