Posted Nov. 10, 2023 on HomeAwayWe stayed in this little cabin by the woods for a month and it was fantastic: quiet, peaceful. comfortable and refreshing. Jeremy was a great host and helped us with anything we needed. The location is just delightful for sitting on the verandah with a cuppa or a glass of wine and watching the heron and the kingfisher on the pond. If you are looking for a break from the constant demands of daily, working life, this is the place for you.

Make sure you have enough food and drink with you as there is a 5 minute walk through beautiful woodland.
The host is welcoming and helpful. Lovely Gentleman. Bedroom has very low ceiling. Bed comfortable. Was nice chilling watching the wildlife. Lake full of fish. You can hear a pin drop.
Would definitely go back for a short break.

Beautiful cabin in the woods!
Posted Jul. 25, 2022 on HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed at the weekend. Jeremy is the kindest and most amazing host! He made sure we got everything we needed and more! The place itself is a beautiful setting in the woods, with full privacy. The cabin has everything you need for comfortable stay. The lake is incredible too. Our dog loved the freedom of running around. We can't wait to go back and we sure will!!! Thank you so much Jeremy for letting us stay in your gorgeous cabin.

Great getaway
Posted May 29, 2022 on HomeAwayWas a wonderful place to stay very relax and calm. Only put 3 stars on cleanliness cause there seem to have alot of cobwebs and dead spiders in the bedroom area. Everything else was amazing would highly recommend

Magical rustic getaway
Posted Aug. 31, 2021 on HomeAwayPerfect spot and the host was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The cabin is in an idyllic spot - definitely feel like you are away from it all. We loved rowing on the lake and enjoying the wildlife spotting. You can’t fault this wonderful spot. Definitely need to pack for the whole break, but don’t worry host Jeremy has a trolley on hand to help transport your things. He was also helpful with the generator which is pretty straightforward. The house has all you need for a lovely stay. Thank you we hope to return!
