Great stay at Lake of Egypt
Publié le 13 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat property on a quiet Lake of Egypt cove...house was nice and roomy, with 4 beds in 3 bedrooms, a huge great room, and we'll equipped kitchen. Only drawback is having only one bathroom...if you have more than 4 people, that might get tough. Could use another, tbh. Deck and screened in porch were great. House was nice and clean when we arrived, and the check-in/out process was easy. Only criticism would be some wear and tear that could be addressed..broken trim on kitchen floor that I stubbed my toe on 10+ times, etc. Small complaint though!

Beautiful escape

I love also how close it is to a bigger city like Marion so you can go shopping at Walmart or even go to Carbondale for shopping. I also love how it’s close to a lot of different/beautiful trails. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. We really didn’t want to leave and go back to reality. Must stay.

Roomy
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayDecent place. Only one bathroom. Needs a deep clean. Great location beautiful lake. Disappointed that is short two paddles for kayak & paddle boards.

We have more than 20 kayaks and paddles boards on location, a phone call or message and we could have had more than enough brought to you. We own 10 properties in a row there and have on site Maintenace that also could have addressed any issue you may have had. We hate that this was a 3 star stay. Hopefully next time will be better for you.

Peace and Tranquility
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was nice and quiet exactly what I wanted the were quite a few webs around doors and windows but not much inside at all. Place was spacious and had a fair amount of cookware laundry was conveniently located, and my family and really enjoyed the area and home.
