hotel bien placé mais qui a besoin d'etre rénové car l'ensemble est tres abîmé à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.

There was poop sprayed in the toilet upon ariving, stains in the sheets and pillow cases, the shampoo, conditoner, and body wash they had was moldy and smelled like rotton eggs and mold.

We chose this location because of its location to the beach and lighthouse, but we were very disappointed. 1) In one room, the main light flickered and went out for the rest of the stay 2) In the second room, the window was broken and the window sill was dirty. 3) The place was obviously understaffed. In the restaurant, we went for an after-dinner desert; the waiter had worked since breakfast and bright in an untrained person to help, our visit being after 7PM. It took over forty-five minutes before we finally had our order taken and dessert finally served. 4) In the middle of the night, one of our room had someone beating on the door and yelling, leaving and returning to do the same. 5) The white towels are clean, but many of them were discolored. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel visits we’ve had in a while.

Booked because one of the few places that had a pool and hot tub. Got there and it is closed for maintenance supposedly. No work being done though.

The property is in an excellent location and the overall appearance is very good. The restaurant service was poor. It took over 20 minutes just for some simple fish & chips. The shower shampoo bottle was completely empty. Multiple lamps in the room were either unplugged or didn't have a cord at all. The wifi didn't work in our room and we were told that the only person who could help us was working in the kitchen. Whoever was in the room above us must've had a large dog that was chasing and playing with a heavy ball because for most of the night it sounded like our room was under a bowling alley. We complained and it stopped for about an hour, but then resumed later that night. They have a very good facility, but managing it was very poor.
