The whole experience was great. I do believe their should be some renovations made as tile was loose in pool and around hot tub. Would definetly visit again

Sheets dirty sink clog. Carpet dirty room smelll moldy. I paid for rose and strawberry it was spoiled. Very disappointed

Great place for couples!
Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HotelsVery much enjoyed our stay! It had more features than we even realized. It felt like staying at a summer camp, but only for adults. Loved being a little remote and close to nature but also having modern amenities and restaurants nearby if needed.

A nightmare . They dont honor check in times and they charge you more money if you want late check out. Staff are terribly rude and not accomadating. Games are rushed and half assed. Deejay was great and food and beverage staff jason and beyonce. Asked for ice bucket got a popcorn bucket. It really was worst vacation i have ever had and it was 100 percent the staff with absolutely no standards. Tgey need new management. Lisa was kind but she needs to read the reviews and see its a easy fix .

Mini Weekend Getaway
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a cute little getaway place for a weekend! There was a haunted trail for Halloween and it definitely was a spooky experience for sure. Staff was attentive and friendly. There was archery, bowling, arcade, pools, biking, hiking trail, paddle boat, nightclub, etc. Would say activities was enough for 2-3 night stay. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! Booked the champagne tower room, very spacious!

Room was very clean. The only thing I saw that I thought needed replacing was the rusty fireplace in the pool room. Just made it look dirty even though it wasn’t.
Loved all the activities they have onsite. You really don’t need to leave once you get there- plenty to do. Shot my first bow and arrow and got a bullseye! Did not see the indoor pool but the outdoor pool was open and very nice. It was too cold outside for me but some people were using it.
Could use some updated electrical connections such as USB ports on the lamps or outlets.
All in all it was a great place and would definitely come back in the future!
