Step into this perfect vacation rental and make yourself at home for the single family of 4 - 6 or accommodating multiple families up to 8 people for the best visit to Crested Butte! This condo boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a large comfortable loft.
The master bedroom located on the ground floor has a king bed with en suite bathroom and Flat Screen TV. The 2 other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a Queen bed and a Twin/Double Bunk bed! (We do recommend the twin bunk room for children only!) These two bedrooms each have their own en suite toilet room, but share a Jack-n-Jill shower!.
Also located on the second floor is the spacious open floor plan living room complete with wood burning fireplace, (ricks of firewood available for $10 each.) kitchen and dining space. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you can imagine having in your own home will keep you well stocked for that special occasion for which you are visiting Crested Butte!
For your entertainment, there is a flat screen TV and Roku Stick for you to login to your Streaming TV Accounts. The 3rd floor of this condo has a large loft area with TV & DVD player and large living space, plus another queen size sleeper sofa.
Parking for 3 vehicles max at this property. 1 vechicle can park in the the garage that measures 8' tall X 18' long. There are 2 additional outside parking spaces (PERMIT REQUIRED) available. PARKING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED BY HOA MANAGER. Please contact us to make sure your parking plans fall within the HOA guidelines.
The common area space has a hot tub just a few steps away from the condo available year round. There are 3 charcoal grills, picnic tables, badminton net and horse shoe pits accessible in summer months and is available on a first come, first serve basis and in the winter is a great place for snow play.
While we try to keep our calendars updated, it is possible that new reservations have not yet been added to the VRBO calendar. Please click the "Contact Manager" button to inquire with the property manager for the most accurate availability.

Deposit/Cancelation Policies: we take a deposit of 2 nights lodging that is due at the time of booking and non-refundable upon receipt. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and non-refundable upon receipt.

Perfect location for adventures in CB!
Our family of four (two adults and two children) had a wonderful stay at this property. We were thrilled with the location because we were close to town but not in the hustle. From the condo we were able to explore so many different areas of CB/Gunnison in minutes. We loved hiking, walking downtown, and also made a trip up to CBMR and took the chair lift up to climb to the summit of Mt. CB! We loved that the property was clean, had plenty of room for our family (the kids loved having separate bedrooms) and was in a tremendous location. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the late afternoon and while the sun was setting (stunning views from CB South!), and walking to coffee in the morning and to Tully's for dinner or the new brewery (literally just a few minutes walk from the condo). We would stay here again! Thank you!

Nice condo with all the necessities/conveniences. Decent location, a 16-18 min drive to Crested Butte skier drop off. We didn’t use the shuttle bus that apparently has a pick-up stop nearby. Could only figure out half of the thermostats, probably should have called Paige, but wasn’t a big deal. It is a bit dated, but nice. “Kind of like you Dad!”, says my 12 yo daughter.

Great place and great value!
Love this place and highly recommend. We visited in Jan 2024 for a ski trip. Had everything we needed. Well stocked pantry, kitchen utensils, linens/bedding, bath soap/shampoo and a heated garage. Great location and loved the welcome bag from the property manager. The place is a little dated and the layout is a little funky but it was expected and known. Will definitely stay again!

Great family condo
We really enjoyed our condo here in Crested Butte South. Everything was as described. Really loved that everything you could need was available. Laundry detergent and softener my favorite thing about this place was the abundance of towels. Usually when traveling with 6 people we always run out of towels but there were plenty to go around. Warm spacious garage to unpack trailer hitch and cargo carrier. Would definitely recommend!!!! Beds were comfortable and the owner left a goodie bag for us when we arrived. Thank you! Lovely condo.

Great time in a winter wonderland
Property was well furnished with everything we needed to have an enjoyable time in Crested Butte. The garage worked out great as we were able to put our mini van and a full size GMC truck inside. Made getting out to the ski area really nice as we did not have to scrape off the snow (30+ inches while there). Well furnished with towels, extra blankets and bedding, all major and small appliances and even noticed there were some humidifiers in the closets (which we did not need). The property accommodated our group of 6 very well and we enjoyed the fireplace (wood was provided and it burned very well). The snow was removed everyday (sometimes multiple times per day) so we had noproblem getting around the area. The owners provided a good instruction manual and we were able to figure out some activities in the area (snowmobiling from Action Adventure Snowmobile tours was great) We had a bit of an issue with some of our group figuring out the thermostats as there are multiple units and some have a hidden button area but we got that figured out. Also there is a ROKU device on the main TV that was able to be plugged in so we could use our streaming services. Found this just in time for some college football games we wanted to catch from our DVR version. Everyone liked the log stairs and the cabin like feel of this proiperty. Appreciated the games provided also.

This condo's positives : large enough for a good size group, has everything necessary for a comfortable stay., plenty of hot water, heat works, host is very efficient with booking and check in instructions.
