Best view of the mountain - Top Floor Mt. CB Condo - 2B/1BA

This is one of the most spacious units in The Timbers complex. Built in 2016, this modern condo is the perfect base for solo wanderers, couples, and small families. Enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer – the best mountain biking in Colorado, world class skiing, a Nordic center, fly fishing, festivals, and incredible hiking trails. This top floor, corner, mountain facing unit is located just a 5 minute walk from the ski area base with dining, bars, and a coffee shop. There is a free shuttle that picks you up at the base of the building to take you where you need to go, including the Town of Crested Butte. There is also a small grocery and liquor store within walking distance.

Lovely Condo in a great location!
Very nice top floor condo on Mt. Crested Butte. The condo was modern, nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Great views. There is an elevator at the opposite end of complex which was very handy. Ski locker in the basement. Walk outside and down some stairs and the bus stop for the regular Mountain Express bus to the ski lifts is right there (bus only takes a couple of minutes). You can walk to the lifts (5-10 mins?) but no need if you time it right. The bus service in general was excellent, with regular buses to Crested Butte town from the ski lift area.The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The check-in instructions were clear, and very straight forward.We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Our timing for this visit was great for viewing the beautiful fall foliage. This is a very clean, well stocked, top floor, end unit condo. Beds were very comfortable and entire unit was tastefully furnished. Also very quiet with easy parking. After hiking from Aspen to CB, we arrived at the condo which was a very comfy place to relax the rest of the weekend. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and a nice living room to hang out in. The shuttle stop is incredibly close and convenient as is the coffee shop around the corner.

This property was immaculate. It is an end unit condo. Nicely decorated, full kitchen, very small deck only the size for 3 people at the most, but with great views. The bedrooms and bed were very comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Convenient to outdoor hikes as well as in town shops and dining. The area was surprisingly quiet despite a good number of nearby condos. There is a cleaning fee. The grounds around are lacking a bit in landscape, but overall this is a great condo.

We stayed in this home for a spring break ski trip. The property was perfect for our family of four. We did not feel crowded and greatly appreciated the full kitchen, which included food storage containers! Most of the time I bring baggies, expecting not to have food storage containers available. This home is located right by the shuttle stop to Crested Butte ski area, saving us time and money! We were impressed with the ski locker area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Top of the mountain views and easy access to slopes
We had a great stay. Pleased with the layout, the ammenities, the kitchen accoutrements, and the comfortable beds. Check-in was simple with all the electronic codes. The view on summy days was spectacular. We had breakfast facing the mountain and on a couple afternoons enjoyed a hot buttered rum on the deck. Chad was great and checked in on us the day after we arrived to make sure all was well - that was appreciated. We loved the fact that it was only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the slopes. We rented a locker, so we didn't even have to lug our boots back and forth. CB is a great place to ski; we loved the short lines, the great runs, and the courtesy of other skiers. While there is a bus (either by the condo or down at the base of the mountain), since we had a car we found it just as easy to hop in the car and drive 8-10 minutes to a restaurant or the grocery store. Would recommend and plan to come back.

Fantastic Location and Well Appointed Unit
We had a great stay at the condo. The unit is beautiful, has everything we could have needed, and the location was super convenient for skiing. Not quite come back for lunch in my ski boots close, but pretty dang close and quick to get to the lifts. My favorite part was the beautiful top floor views and lots of natural light in the unit. To top it off, Chad and Pamela were very responsive to any of our messages and requests. Would definitely stay here again next time in Crested Butte!
