If your vacation list for a fantastic home includes views, fire pit, hot tub, walk to skiing, log home architecture, great spaces for gathering and you want it all in Crested Butte! Then Lee's Summit fits the bill perfectly.  This fabulous log home is within walking distance to the slopes in the winter and boasts fantastic outdoor living in the summer! With the ability to sleep up to 10 this is a great property for extended family to visit or vacation with friends.  Plenty of seating in the dining room and game area means big meals are only a short walk from the oversized kitchen with room for all the cooks.  

Located on Mt. Crested Butte Lee's Summit couldn't be better equipped for your next vacation.  With over 3,600 square feet of living space and multiple outdoor living areas this home creates a perfect backdrop for your time in Crested Butte.  Pull into the large driveway and either park the cars in the 2 car garage or on the large driveway (there's plenty of space).  Once inside take a look at the fantastic log architecture in the great room where gathering around the gas fireplace is sure to be a focal point of the evenings.  Step outside on this level to the fabulous outdoor decks or the flagstone patios which lead out to the hot tub with incredible views and the gas fire pit which is perfect for those crisp Colorado evenings! There is also a small TV room on this level with sleeper sofa and a King bedroom with an en-suite full bath.  

Downstairs on the garage level is a guest bedroom with TV, sleeper sofa and double murphy bed perfect for the kids to have their own space.  Upstairs you will find the spacious master bedroom with King bed and sitting area with TV, covered outdoor deck, and private master bath with jacuzzi tub and steam shower.  Walk across the cat walk above the living area to the other side of the second story and there is a great guest bedroom with twin beds and full bath.  There is a private covered deck off this bedroom as well.  The upstairs bedrooms both have vaulted ceilings for that grand sense of space in a log home of this size.   So if you are looking for a fantastic log home that checks all the boxes on your next vacation then give us a call to book Lee's Summit!

Perfect family ski trip
Back Side of the mountain, quiet street, lots of room, absolute dream. VCR didn’t work, but why would it, at 30 year old tech . Heck, I don’t even work like I used to! But they did have three amigos and after explaining to the kids what a VHS tape is, we streamed it. So many fun memories. Some would say a plethora.

Had a group of 8 adults to celebrate a birthday, and we almost had TOO much room to spare. The property was located in a great spot up in Mt CB, home was clean, well stocked, and never felt cramped. The on-demand rides from First Tracks were super convenient, and I hope to stay in this home again in the summertime

We truly enjoyed our stay. Large comfortable home. Make sure you bring every item like soap, sponge, trash bags, dishwashing soap, shampoo and conditioner and toilet paper if you are staying a week. There are some spices for cooking there but if you like something special, be sure to bring it as well. We enjoyed the crystal clean hot tub and fire pit during our stay. The beds were comfortable and clean. We will say there again.

We enjoyed our stay. 5-10 min walk to ski lifts. Parking easy. House as described. Plenty of seating. Great fireplace and hot tub. Would love a quality knife, aluminum foil, and some Tupperware, but that is always the case with rental properties. Beds were nice. Plenty of towels. Steam showers a bonus.

No Joke- this was a real log cabin! Plenty of seating on the main level- 37 chairs to be exact! Great kitchen, and bedrooms were a nice size. We loved our stay and would go back!

Awesome views and cozy!
We had such a nice time staying in this cabin home. So warm and cozy with the fireplace and the hot tub. We enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen. Just wish there were some Tupperware style storage containers for putting away foods in the fridge. There was plenty of space for those in our group to play games or just relax and take naps. The large windows allowed for an amazing view of the snowy mountains all around! We definitely recommend this cabin when visiting CB!

Amazing Property and Location
This property was in a great location - short walk to the bus that dropped us right by base camp. The hot tub was amazing after a long day on the mountain. The steam showers were also a great surprise! There was everything we needed for cooking meals and tons of space to chill and play games. The views were amazing from this property as well. House was warm and cozy with the gas fireplace. Beds were heavenly after boarding and skiing all day! I would recommend this property for families or groups of friends - each room is private enough for either situation. Can’t wait to visit Crested Butte again!

Beautiful home, excellent weekend!
The home was stunning, everything was excellent. My only complaint for the whole weekend and it is not a huge one but the utensils in the kitchen were all subpar ... nothing was of even a decent quality. No matter how much oil, the eggs stuck and broke, there was only one rock hard plastic spatula and it came apart and the pots and pans felt like they were from the dollar store. We ate out mostly so it wasnt a huge thing it was the only thing that didnt live up to a stunning home in an amazing neighborhood with world class skiing down the block. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property
This place had so much space! Felt like you could host 30 or more people at this place and we just had 10 ( 4 little kids ) but still plenty of room for people to do their own thing in different parts of the house. Hot tub was great, the views were amazing. All the rooms upstairs had their own balconies. Would definitely rent this place again, next time hopefully with more snow on the ground so the kids could go sledding or snowboarding.

We stayed at the house for a week. The property is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well equipped to feed an army. The back porch was wonderful. There was plenty of parking. The house was clean and very comfortable.
