When I arrived early I heard the cleaning staff say that they were fine with all the rooms and were leaving early. I asked for an early check in and the woman at the desk (who knew I just heard her conversation) smiled at me and said that I could not check in before 3 because the rooms were not ready. I came back after 3 and got my room. There was a water line in the toilet that indicated it had lost about a half inch of water to evaporation (about a month since that room had been rented). So I was lied to, and then charged $50 more than I was supposed to be charged!! No customer care what so ever at this Ramada. Stay away from it and stay with one of the locally owned hotels as this one has liars and thieves running it.

HI Gerald, I am sorry you felt you had a bad experience here. Let me just address your concerns. First - the housekeepers may have been done early, but we have a room check procedure that has be completed by our manager before we allow the guests to check into the rooms, to ensure they are up to standards. So this is why you were not able to check in early - these checks were not completed. Secondly - your room was rented out the day before you were here, and we've had many sell out days lately, so it is just not true that no-one had stayed there in over a month, I will look into why the toilet was low on water. Lastly the extra 50 was an incidental hold that all hotels put on your card at check in - most hotels are actually well over 100. If you check your credit card, I assure you that 50 is back on your card now, as at check out it's released back. Just so you are aware as well, our hotel is owned and operated by a local and there are no liars or thieves employed with us. I am sorry you felt you had bad experience at our property and hope you'll your try us again in the future.
