Totally filthy inside and out on the balcony or the room above, creating a musty, moldy smell in the room floor was covered with dirt and filth. The bathroom floor was wet look like possible leak under the sink the bed we had one dirty moist bath towel in the room for two people that was total for the towels wash clothes, it looks like a lot of people are long-term and the curb sidewalk along the parking lot. The ashtray just filthy loud music playing at 3:30 in the morning with a parking lot party going on.

This place is a dump with bunch of unsavory people living there causing domestic violence problems. It’s not safe place for people traveling with their families. The office along is run down and smells like a tobacco factory. I can imagine what the rooms look like. The pictures on the website is very misleading to say the least. I refused to stay there even for one night. Third only good thing was I was refunded my deposit. I’ve stayed at some nice red roofs before and this place is truly horrible. It should be torn down imo.
