Sparkling Cabin Springs

It was a lovely place to stay. The lake was just over the road, it had lots of walking trails for your dog and yourself. Lots of close by towns including Ballarat. Lake Daylesford was a lovely place to visit also Lambley Nursery was nice to look through, we had a great time and loved the accomodation. I don’t recommend buying a plain hamburger from the hamburger shop near the round about, we ordered 2 plain burgers and that’s what we got a burger bun with a meat patty a few bits of lettuce and sauce, in NSW a plain burger has meat onion tomato lettuce beetroot and sauce, big difference, pubs served good meals, coffee shop over from the information centre made good coffee. The end

Love this place

2nd visit, both times for Ballarat marathon. In our party - 3 people and 1 dog; and it works so well! Close to Ballarat, but Creswick itself has so much to offer. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, shower is hot, garden is safe for furry friend and great for people too. Quiet, great view. Ian was so kind in extending our checkout today so that our runner could have a shower to warm up after his run. Can’t praise it highly enough. Already planning our next visit.

Amazing find

We had just one night at this cabin, but would happily have stayed longer. The cabin itself is lovely and well kitted out. We sat on the verandah looking over the park and lake. The lake is great for swimming in, lovely and cool after a hot day. A short walk to the Farmers hotel for a lovely (and large) meal no WiFi but that doesn't matter at all!

Peaceful and private getaway

Cosy and snug accommodation which is ideally located near to the town’s central facilities. The lake opposite provided good walking tracks around its perimeter and the position of the cabin is peacefully sited. The swimming pool is within the boundary of the park/lake and not “on the grounds” of the cabin itself. The cabin was clean and was good value for money.

Lovely cottage

We were going to Creswick for a family reunion and came across this retro little place in our search for accommodation. It was just perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I’m sure we will return one day.

Cute country town location

We thoroughly enjoyed ever aspect of our stay. Location during warm weather ideal being opposite Calembeen Park. Great walking trails to explore either opposite or quick drive to St Georges lake, David's dam, La Gerche trails. We enjoyed Clunes farmers market. Woolen Mill tours and also just exploring the beauty that Creswick main street has to offer. Large secure yard for dog and children.Thank you for a wonderful stay. We do hope to stay again!

Cool Creswick

The property was exactly as listed - clean & cosy. However, I hadn't realised how close the property was to the lake! It was wonderful to look out and see the water. I was also able to bring my little dog, who loved running around the fenced in front yard. Highly recommend for a quick getaway.

A Great Property

My wife and I recently stayed at this property and the first thing that we noticed on arrival was the cleanliness of the cottage and gardens. The property is well fenced and very dog friendly. Our fur baby had a great time exploring. The location is great, everything was provided (even breakfast) and Ian was an excellent host. It is located only about 20 mins from Daylesford in one direct and about the same in the Ballarat direction making it a good base. Another bonus for us was that there was an EV Electric charging station only 2 mins from the cottage. We would definitely stay there again.
