This is our sixth time at this Hotel and we love it all Staff are very polite friendly and helpful we stayed in a Deluxe Room and it was clean modern and had everything that we needed in it food excellent and a great variety places to visit Falloch Falls Rannoch Moor Glencoe
We loved the staff and all the little extras. While the property is a dated in some ways, their amenities and efforts to obvious updates make up for it.
The staff are ALL exceptional. The man that ran the dining room and the young woman who checked us in were outstanding!!!
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The decor is dated but we loved the unique other worldly charm. Please don’t change!
The staff were lovely, the bed was comfy and bathroom was very clean with an amazing shower. I’d definitely stay again
We love going to this Hotel the Staff are so polite friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond for you our room was excellent and had everything that we needed in it it was an Executive Room and it was big and had great views of the Gardens at the front of the Hotel the food was excellent as always and a great variety compliments to the Chef the Hotel is in a great location for visiting Rannoch Moor Glencoe Glenfinnan and FortWilliam
Property setting very neat and tidy. Kitchen and waiters excellent. While we were there , there were two coaches of people all eating breakfast at the same time. The staff worked fast to replenish anything that was missing. Buiiding was a little dated (1980s), but on the whole we were satisfied.
My room was noisy when moving the chairs in the restaurant at night I think or whatever part of the dining room was above me. Also delivery truck noisy early in morning. Nice room but wouldn’t give to someone who asks for a quiet stay.
This property needs help. Everything was old and to some extent needed service (eg. buttons falling off the elevator, toilet leaking water). The room was musty. Much of the plumbing needed work in our room.
