The room was very poor compared to other Hotels we have stayed in and for cheaper rates. Just the small walk along the corridor to our room 19 made it feel like you were in an uncared for area with Boxes left in the corridor and every room having a different style of cheap door.
The furniture in the room was very cheap and tacky like something you would get from B&Q for a child’s bedroom. Also the TV didn’t work in our room.
We did pre book a tables for diner at the hotel but we lost confidence in spending any further money there and instead ate out at a very lovely place “The Bear Hotel” 1 mile up the road in the local village.

Beautiful views
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsFriendly, helpful staff.Room was comfy and clean with amazing views. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Outside grounds need maintenance looks uncared for,which is a shame because this is a wedding venue. Crickhowell is a delight and can be walked to from hotel as there is a pavement once you get to the bottom of the drive. Plenty of places to hike/walk in the area.

Hotel and staff were lovely helpful and friendly. Room was very warm and big thick duvet on the bed though
