Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Even on a really busy evening when fully booked in Thier restaurant they brought food to my room off Thier restaurant menu and it was the best food I had eaten in Crieff including eating at crieff hydro and a few local restaurants. The room was lovely and had a small kitchenette more than adequate. A really lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, especially if have an event at Crieff Hydro, with free parking just around the corner. Room was spacious, clean and really lovely. Bed was comfortable and had everything we’d need for the one night.

Really lovely stay, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming or friendly, the rooms were immaculate. There is a little bit of pub noise in your room in the evening, but this is not really surprising, but it's worth it because the bar and the food were lovely.

Excellent friendly welcome. Nice room but bit of traffic noise. No parking could be a problem but the staff arranged a place for us. Sadly food but disappointing

Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsWhen we arrived, we thought the outside looked a bit tired, but inside it was lovely. The rooms had been beautifully renovated. The staff were brilliant. So helpful and kind. On the down side, there are only 2 parking spaces. There was no bin in the bathroom, for women that is an absolute necessity. My husband mended the thermostat on the radiator, as it was not connected properly and could not be changed. There was also a problem with the bathroom floor. As if a piece of flooring had broken, as it felt like you were stepping into a hole, every time you forgot to avoid it.
