Publié le 8 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe were changed to another property due to unforeseen circumstances (beyond their control). We stayed one night so it turned out the cleaning fee was more than the rental.. We aired the property when we got there as there had been smoking inside at some stage.

Kia ora Shaun, We apologize for the technical issues that required you to move properties. We understand when staying for 1 night the cleaning fee can sometimes be more than expected. This is because the amount of work carried out by our cleaners remains the same. It becomes much less per night the longer you stay and our cleaning fee remains the same. We can also assure you that smoking is never allowed on our property and apologize if there was a smell that made part of your experience with us unpleasasnt.
