I got in at midnight and in the morning I asked for a late checkout. The hotel wasn’t busy. The front desk person said no and wouldn’t budge. He said the cleaning staff was ready to leave. They were not. They were still cleaning several rooms. Housekeeping also knocked on my door two hours before check out even though I had my do not disturb sign out.

Everyone was wonderful. Would be nice to see the pool area get some attention. The hot tub wasn’t working and the pool temp was chillier than normal.

Hot tub not working, pool looked dirty, uncomfortable beds, room had a musty smell, slow check in, overall bad experience.
