Staying with 3 children and Bugs were in the room, tried to speak to front desk and no one was around. No soap in the room, only shampoo and was not enough, should’ve given more effort in cleaning the room.

Flight got canceled !! Was stuck in Houston and was not going to get to Florida until 2 days later. They refused and cancel my reservation cause I called 40 min past the cut off. So not only is my trip all messed up but no one wants to help either ! They all just want their money ! I will never book there again !

Kirk, we do apologize but when you book through 3rd party we have no control over the reservation and cancelation policy set by 3rd party.

Barely acceptable

The motel is ok if it’s the only place you can stay. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else. Our stay was filled with killing bugs in our rooms, with dirty (stained) sheets, and the a/c units didn’t cool the room very well.

Rob, we checked the room that you stayed and there were no bugs and the AC worked just fine. We rented the room the next day and we had no complains.

Terry, I understand your frustration, but when you book through 3rd party our hands are tied as we can not cancel the the reservation, it must be done by 3rd party. Please contact the 3rd party you made the reservations through.Sorry for the inconvenience.

Mr. George, we do apologize for the inconvenience as when you book through 3rd party and they send us the payment and it is denied you half to deal with them to make sure what happen, maybe your payment did not go through with the 3rd party booking. Please check with them and check to make sure you did not get charged.As per the hotel we do apologize, next time please book directly with the hotel to avoid the situation.Thank you,
